Problems when inserting data into the database

If you have received an error message indicating that there is a problem in entering data into the database, this will be because one or more of the characters contained in your entry is preventing this data being entered.

Go back to the screen in question, check the data indicated and try to simplify the syntax used: special characters, apostrophes, quotation marks, sharp signs or other data which may cause a problem in this abnormal case, and usefully don’t.

Privacy Statement

The personal data we collect is used exclusively by the provider of the Accor Group Communications Department, Manufactur-e, and its suppliers.

The aim is to allow employees who would like to use the Electronic Greeting Service to personalise and send Accor Group electronic greeting cards with tracking and statistics functionality.

Data will be stored in our database until the end of the commissioning of the service (end of February 2026).

IMPORTANT: None of the information about you collected by the Service is accessed, disclosed or transmitted to third parties or used for any other purpose than the Electronic Greeting Service.
A declaration has been filed for the Service with the French Freedom of Information Commission (CNIL), recorded on 16 September 2009 under reference number 1385922.
